Our equipment ranges are selected with reliability as a pre-requisite. Should you have a technical issue with your equipment during an initial or extended warranty period, the issue will usually be resolved on the same-day. If a first-fix is not successful, a replacement machine will be provided within 48 hours.

We provide online ordering and our friendly telesales team dispatch all of our orders for delivery within 48 hours - although they usually arrive next-day.
